Leadership doesn't happen in theory. It happens in real time. 
Once each month, CEOs from diverse industries and operating environments across the globe come together for facilitated peer dialogue focused on the realities of leadership, organizational  growth, and high-impact decision-making. 

These are candid conversations among leaders navigating similar responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities. 

Sessions are facilitated by experienced CEOs, leadership advisors, and executive coaches who have led organizations through growth, change, and complexity.

 

Every discussion is designed to challenge thinking, broaden perspectives, and foster meaningful exchange among peers who understand executive leadership firsthand.
