The Cost of Being Good at Everything

When What Made Us Successful Stops Serving Us
High performers are often exceptionally good at adapting. They read the room, solve the problem, carry what needs to be carried, and become who the moment requires. These capabilities can create extraordinary success, especially in a role as dynamic as Chief of Staff.
But what happens when those adaptations become automatic? When do the strengths and strategies that helped us succeed begin to limit us, our leadership, or what our organizations need next?
Facilitated by Sixth Wing Executive Coach Vicki Stattel, this conversation will explore how to recognize the patterns driving the way we work and lead, identify when a strength has become a constraint, and make more intentional choices about what will serve us moving forward.
The goal is not to abandon what made us successful. It is to keep what works and consciously adapt what could work better.
