Brittany partners with leadership teams to bring focus, alignment, and momentum to complex work. As a thoughtful facilitator and change partner, she supports executives and boards in implementing strategy and strengthening governance. She brings curiosity, deep listening, and an ability to synthesize complex information, helping leaders see connections and move forward with clarity and intention. Her work aligns people, processes, and decision-making so organizations can move forward with confidence and cohesion.

Brittany’s expertise reflects her broad experience: from early work in the healthcare industry and as a management consultant, to executive leadership as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the nonprofit sector, strategic clarity, performance improvement, and relationship building form the through-lines of her career.

She brings more than twenty years of experience as a day-to-day leader and manager of teams and departments as well as insights gained from the leadership roles she has played on several nonprofit boards to each of her engagements, and places high value on the relationships she’s developed at every turn.

I am happiest when my work supports the success of others, and love engaging individuals and teams in order to create meaningful change.

Brittany is a strong believer in the power of community, the importance of learning, and the role that energized, connected leaders play in creating change. In 2022, she founded The Roam Collaborative, an organization known for engaging purpose-driven women with sessions designed to inspire new ideas, promote collaboration, support new relationships and imagine future possibilities.

Brittany earned her MBA from Columbia University and BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, and has called the San Francisco Bay Area home for nearly 25 years.
