Jay Holley

Executive coach, Facilitator

Executive coach, Facilitator

His coaching is shaped by years of leading in demanding environments where trust, accountability, adaptability, and care for people were essential. Jay believes leadership is not simply about performance or position; it is about how people show up, how they make decisions under pressure, and how they create the conditions for others to succeed.

After nearly three decades of service in the United States Navy’s Nuclear Power Program, where he rose to the highest enlisted ranks, Jay brings a grounded and deeply human approach to leadership development, coaching, and personal growth.

Leadership is not simply about performance or position—it is about how we show up, how we navigate challenges, and how we create the conditions for others to succeed.

Drawing on his Navy leadership experience, formal coach training, and a natural curiosity about people, Jay partners with clients to explore what matters most, challenge limiting assumptions, and turn reflection into purposeful action. His style is thoughtful, direct, encouraging, and rooted in a belief that people often already carry more wisdom, strength, and capability than they realize.

Jay holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership.

He lives in Maryland and is passionate about helping leaders grow with clarity, confidence, resilience, and genuine care for the people they lead.
