Executive coach & facilitator

Executive coach & facilitator

K.C. supports mission-driven leaders who are carrying the weight of fatigue, isolation, and change, guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and action aligned with their values. She began her career in operations and change management consulting and quickly discovered that people dynamics were often just as challenging as strategy and systems. This insight led her to coaching, giving her tools for moments when consulting is not enough on its own.

She cultivates lasting change through two pillars: evolving organizational systems and policies, and supporting how leaders show up. Her approach integrates organizational development, intercultural competencies, and trauma-informed practice. Using tools such as the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS), she helps leaders work across differences with clarity, compassion, and agility. She believes this approach supports stronger results, healthier relationships, and cultures where trust and performance reinforce one another.

Her career spans financial services, technology, and government, including her role as the first hire at FIA-Tech, the technology arm of the Futures Industry Association (FIA), where she bridged brokerage firms, developers, and regulators to launch industry technology. She has also worked on Capitol Hill, in human rights reporting in Jerusalem and the West Bank, in international development in El Salvador, and as co-founder of a tech start-up to protect activists and journalists. This range of experience equips her to connect patterns across contexts and industries.

My coaching centers the person, not just the problem, supporting leaders to reconnect with their inner wisdom, expand what feels possible, and lead from alignment.

K.C. earned a Master of Arts in International Administration and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology.

Outside of work, K.C. sharpens her Spanish, studies French, journals daily, and finds grounding in meditation. She loves horchata, chilaquiles, and almond chocolate croissants almost as much as she loves frameworks. (Ask her about the 5 A’s of Accountability, 4 C’s of Trust, or her Resilience Recipe.)

K.C. is based between Washington, D.C., and Antigua, Guatemala.
