Penelope brings over six years of experience in HR and talent acquisition operations, federal program management and systems implementation across both Fortune 500 and government environments. She has held roles at Lenovo, the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Deloitte, where she built operational systems from the ground up, coordinated complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and served as the connective tissue between leadership and the teams they support.
