Executive coach
Star’s career has spanned aerospace, defense, venture capital, and technology, guiding leaders and organizations through complex transitions. Along the way, she witnessed the profound effect coaching can have on individuals and teams—clarifying priorities, building confidence, and driving performance.
Star is an executive search and coaching professional, and leadership advisor who embodies that principle. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and serving as an E-2D Hawkeye Naval Flight Officer, a back injury ended her military career earlier than expected. That turning point inspired her to pursue an M.S. in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, where she studied diverse approaches to talent and organizational performance as she transitioned into civilian life.
True leadership growth begins with reframing challenges as opportunities.
Today, she is actively pursuing her ICF Certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the College of Executive Coaching. Star brings her own journey of reframing and reskilling into every coaching engagement, combining discipline from athletics and military service with a people-first approach. She serves as a trusted thinking partner, helping clients optimize not only in moments of high stakes but also in the everyday details that shape lasting impact.
Off the clock, she’s grounded by family, movement, and the kind of simple competition that keeps life joyful and real.
