Victoria is an executive coach and advisor who helps leaders unlock potential by facilitating the insight and clarity that empower them to grow with confidence and impact. Her career spans military command, corporate consulting, and executive leadership—bringing a distinctive blend of strategic acumen, coaching insight, and human-centered facilitation to every engagement.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a former Navy helicopter pilot, Victoria served in the National Military Command Center at the Pentagon and deployed to Afghanistan, holding leadership roles across aviation and strategy in high-stakes environments. After military service, she worked with Deloitte and a leading Washington, D.C. think tank, then served as an executive in a high-growth advisory firm, helping to scale the company through a period of rapid expansion. She is recognized for aligning diverse stakeholders and building high-performing teams across both government and corporate settings, bringing practical insight to the challenges of leadership and organizational growth.
Victoria has partnered with Fortune 5 leaders, founding and private equity CEOs, senior officials in federal agencies, and corporate executives. From these engagements, she underscores that exceptional leadership and performance are rooted in self-awareness and individual alignment. Combining the reflective depth of a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College with advanced training in executive and transformational coaching, Victoria equips leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen presence, and create sustainable impact. Victoria currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her three children.
